Terms of Service
General terms
• Prices may change based on demand and other factors (officially on the commission info page)
• I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable with doing

Payment
• Payment must be effectuated through PayPal or Pix
• The currency accepted is either USD or BRL (preferably BRL - Brazilian Real - in the case of Brazilian commissioners)
• Commissions must be paid partially upfront (the prepaid taxes for each format are at the commission info page), with the other part being paid after the conclusion of the piece; with the exception of no shading drawings (there is a table directed to them in the commission info page), that must be paid entirely upfront (as a precaution measure, I will not initiate the commission without any upfront payment)
• Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed on the commission and requested you to send me the payment!

Process and delivery
• The time taken to finish your commission varies between one week and three months, starting at the beginning of the production, depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece, other undergoing works and other events.
• Once the piece is finished, I will request you to send me the rest of the payment and email me a confirmation of the agreement of these terms; to which I shall reply with the artwork file in PNG format.
• By commissioning me, you receive, aside from the final piece, drafts that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts), sketches that you must accept before I continue the work, insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece).

Revisions
• You will get at least 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece, and a fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing (unless there has been a mistake from my part) or if you wish for me to change something in the piece you have previously approved. The amount of the extra charge will depend on the change you want me to make.

Cancellation and refund policy
• Once I have agreed on the commission and received the first part of the payment, there will be a two-day interval in case the commissioner wishes to cancel it. After that period is over, and if the order has not been cancelled, I will start working on the commission and the buyer is no longer allowed to a refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund. Except if the client has explicitly stated that I could start the piece right away.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

Copyright and usage
• I (the artist) reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. But I will not claim intellectual property of the commissioned piece, nor profit further from it unless the commissioner breaks any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as on Instagram and other media forms.
• You (the commissioner) may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, but you may not make profits from it (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.). You retain the rights to the intellectual property, but you may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
• You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent
• Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms), claiming the artwork as your own and/or altering the artwork without my consent is considered copyright infringement.
